Haimes Building Limited is a specialized building company in Taupo, New Zealand.  We build and renovate high quality, architecturally-designed homes in the Taupo region.

The Haimes name has been associated with building in Taupo for over 40 years and we are proud to have built many award winning homes earning local, regional and national titles through the Master Builders House earning of the Year Awards.

Supplying a 10 year Master Build guarantee, we provide you peace of mind that every detail has been carried out as per plans and specifications.

We are craftsmen.  We are trained in tiling, timber flooring, cabinetry and kitchen installations and we are meticulous with finer details and set high standards for excellent finishing.  We are a team of carpenters that are passionate and take great pride in our work, something that we feel is crucial to the success of our business.

The company sources local businesses, where possible, for sub-contractor work.   Mark and Phil personally manage the work of all sub-contractors.

Haimes Building Limited is affiliated to the Registered Master Builders Federation, are active committee members and Licensed Building Practitioners for carpentry and site 2. 

We base our work ethic on quality workmanship, attention to detail and service to the client.  This has always been and will always be the core of our business.
